At the Forscherfabrik Schorndorf, children between the ages of two and twelve discover technical and scientific processes on their own. Families explore various phenomena from the thematic areas along the interactive station of the research trail: Mobility, movement and perception as well as nature, environment and energy. From laser puzzles to wind tunnels, from floating balls to compressed air rockets – the stations of the hands-on exhibition invite young and old to tinker and discover and awaken enthusiasm for science and technology.
The Forscherfabrik Schorndorf is also an “extracurricular research center” recognized by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport and supplements the educational and teaching offerings of kindergartens and schools up to grade 6 with an extensive range of courses.
